This company is transforming how the real estate and property management industry operates through intelligent, AI?powered solutions. They are seeking a dynamic AI Ambassador to lead the enablement and rollout of their.

As the AI Ambassador, you’ll serve as the face and voice of AI across the organization—building learning experiences, leading workshops, designing curriculum, and helping employees confidently apply AI tools to real business problems. You’ll collaborate closely with the AI Center of Excellence, executives, and transformation program owners to ensure responsible, scalable AI adoption.

• 5–10+ years in training, enablement, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation.
• Hands?on experience with major generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Bedrock, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, embeddings, retrieval, and when to apply traditional ML vs. generative AI.
• Demonstrated mastery of prompt engineering and the ability to teach it.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for non?technical audiences.
• Experience driving large?scale technology adoption in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with cloud AI/ML tools on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Basic Python skills for demos and prototypes.
• Portfolio of training materials, workshops, or educational content.
• Experience in SaaS or real estate technology (preferred).
• Experience working with an AI Center of Excellence or large?scale AI transformation.
• Background in curriculum design or adult learning theory.
• Understanding of conversational AI, realtime APIs, agent frameworks, and automation tools.
