The Technical Lead role is pivotal in driving data modeling initiatives within our organization. With a focus on hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in data modeling to enhance our systems. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is advantageous contributing to impactful solutions that align with our business goals.

• Lead the design and implementation of data models to support business objectives and improve data management processes.
• Oversee the integration of data modeling solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and insights that can drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data models and processes to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and verification procedures.
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability addressing any issues that may arise during implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to data modeling solutions.
• Utilize domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance to tailor data models to industry-specific needs and challenges.
• Implement best practices in data modeling to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancy in data management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data models making improvements as needed to align with evolving business requirements.
• Drive innovation in data modeling techniques staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

• Possess strong expertise in data modeling with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate experience in Life and Annuities Insurance applying domain knowledge to enhance data solutions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Have a solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Display strong leadership skills guiding and mentoring team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
