Proven experience owning and driving technology strategy (not limited to vendor coordination).

Strong background in making technical trade-offs and architectural decisions.

Demonstrated strategic product ownership (beyond execution-focused responsibilities).

Strong ability to interpret data and communicate insights through clear storytelling (specific tools are not critical).

Solid technical awareness with a clear understanding of how software is designed, developed, and delivered.

Ability to clearly articulate the “why” behind product decisions, including the customer problem being solved and the rationale for key decisions.

Deep understanding of AI and technology fundamentals (beyond surface-level familiarity).

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with digital front-end experience to support the transformation of the web acquisition experience.

• Serve as the voice of the customer by partnering closely with UX teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Scrum team to guide product development by defining and communicating detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather functional requirements, oversee implementation, validate solutions, and support initial launch as well as ongoing product lifecycle enhancements.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for the Scrum team to execute against.
• Manage end-to-end product development activities including requirements definition, project planning, budgeting, roadmap development, release planning, testing strategy, and execution oversight.
• Maintain alignment with peer Product Managers and key stakeholders to ensure product strategy and delivery remain coordinated and consistent.
