Join Our Team as an Accounting Manager – Data Governance Focus

Are you passionate about mastering data accuracy and driving process excellence? We’re seeking a talented Accounting Manager to join our Data Governance Team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing our financial data landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to become a subject matter expert in data governance, chart of accounts management, and system integrations, all while working on a variety of impactful projects.

• Lead the cleanup and governance of master data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across financial systems
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new integrations with EDMCS and other downstream applications
• Support the implementation of a new master data governance platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple projects, including new chart of accounts rollouts, system enhancements, and data integrity initiatives
• Assist with entity mergers, dissolutions, and changes in functional currency
• Support financial system integrations related to acquisitions and organizational changes

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• At least 4 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in consolidations, master data governance, or international accounting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively update stakeholders on project status and key insights
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment

• Experience with Oracle Cloud products such as EDMCS and FCCS is highly desirable
• Background in system implementation, upgrades, or large-scale data projects
• Familiarity with Oracle R12, Hyperion Financial Management
• Big 4, consulting, or audit experience with multinational clients
• CPA certification (or actively working towards it)
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
