Who You Will Be Working WithThe Social team at PMG is a dynamic group of strategists and media experts who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of paid social advertising. We work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology, collaborating daily with PMG’s media, creative, and technology teams to craft innovative full‑funnel marketing solutions.

As a Paid Social Senior Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping strategies, building relationships, and mentoring a talented team of social professionals. This is your opportunity to lead transformative campaigns, foster innovation, and make a lasting impact for our clients.
What You Will Do- Lead paid social strategies that include budget planning, media execution, and optimization, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Develop creative and messaging strategies that adhere to platform best practices while inspiring and engaging target audiences.
- Define advanced campaign structures and targeting methods that maximize client impact and revenue.
- Oversee client results and social performance, providing cross‑channel recommendations to enhance investment returns and achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and manage a talented team of social professionals, deploying resources strategically to maximize individual growth and client success.
- Coach team members on account management for platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, Snap, Pinterest, and Linked In, building their technical and client‑facing expertise.
- Champion PMG’s proprietary technology, Alli, to improve workflows and reporting while contributing product insights that benefit the broader organization.
- Integrate innovative technical solutions into campaigns, tailoring strategies to solve unique client challenges and drive meaningful results.
- Collaborate with platform representatives to lead testing initiatives, roadmaps, and measurement plans that position our clients at the forefront of social media innovation.
- 7+ years of experience in paid social strategy or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to train, mentor, and coach team members on both technical and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced expertise in paid social and content marketing to design and execute impactful, results‑driven strategies.
- Intermediate knowledge of marketing metrics and marketing planning and analysis to support informed decisions and optimization efforts.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns across social media platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snap, and Linked In to maximize client performance.
- Advanced skills in tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- A proactive approach to uncovering insights, refining strategies, and implementing innovative solutions to drive measurable results.
