The Best IT Asset Management Analyst II You Can Be

The IT Asset Management Analyst II provides guidance, under limited supervision, on hardware and software asset management for the global infrastructure environment. This includes gathering business requirements, reviewing the current hardware and software environment, and working closely with support teams. The IT Asset Management Analyst II will provide functional support to the IT Asset Manager, the business and other support teams in hardware and software inventory compliance.

This role will provide support, control and oversight of monthly and annual hardware inventory requirements, and ensure approved software inventory and compliance to avoid security risk and legal pitfalls related to hardware and software asset management by understanding and leveraging industry best practices for all IT asset types. The employee will have contact with other company departments as well as outside vendors.

• Hardware asset management accreditation (CHAMP, CSAM and CITAD preferred or equivalent).
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Solid Understanding of:
• Microsoft Office Applications
• Office
  365, One-Drive
• Microsoft Teams
• Windows 10 OS, Windows 11 OS a plus
• Android OS, iOS
• Intune
• ITIL Service Management through Service Now

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred, optimally with 0-2 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Warehouse Inventory Management.
