Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with strong digital front-end experience to help transform the web acquisition experience for This role serves as the voice of the customer, partnering closely with UX, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality digital customer experience across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will define and communicate detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while guiding Scrum teams through development, validation, and launch phases.
Details- Duration:
Contract through End of Year - Rate Range: $55 – $65/hr on W2
- Employment Type:
Only W2 candidates, No C2C
- Serve as the voice of the customer and champion customer experience
- Partner with UX teams to ensure consistent, high-quality web experience
- Define and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs
- Guide Scrum teams through SDLC execution
- Lead product development lifecycle including planning, budgeting, and release management
- Drive roadmap development and long-term tactical planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders through requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and launch
- Align closely with peer Product Managers and business stakeholders
- Strong Technical & Strategic Product Management experience in B2C digital/web/e-commerce transformation
- Expertise in web/digital customer acquisition across the full funnel
- Deep understanding of VOC, Web UI, customer journey mapping, and data-driven insights
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to articulate the “Why,” define the “What,” and collaborate on the “How” and “When”
- Software engineering background with SDLC experience and at least 5+ years as a Product Owner post-engineering preferred
- Proven experience managing digital/web-based customer experience products
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience working cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and analytics teams
- Strong financial acumen and project management skills
- Ability to drive execution with a bias for action
