At PMG, our UI/UX team is focused on creating experiences that are as thoughtful and intuitive as they are beautiful. Central to this effort is our design system, the backbone of consistent, scalable, and accessible digital experiences across our enterprise SaaS platform. We believe robust design systems are critical infrastructure that enables teams to deliver exceptional user experiences efficiently and  focus is on building systems that bridge design and development, ensuring every component is accessible, user friendly, and maintainable.

You will lead strategic design initiatives, strengthen our design systems practice, and help define how artificial intelligence transforms modern marketing experiences.

This is a senior level design leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems thinking, emerging technology, and human centered design. You will collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and AI experts to create intelligent, scalable experiences that push the boundaries of what marketing technology can be.

We are looking for a design leader with deep expertise in design systems, strong executional craft, and demonstrated fluency in AI driven workflows including Figma Make, large language models, and modern AI powered design tools. You'll collaborate primarily with front-end engineers, product teams, and fellow designers as the technical bridge between design intent and production reality. Your focus will be on architecting scalable component systems, establishing design-to-code workflows, and ensuring every element of our design system serves both designer efficiency and developer experience.

• Lead the design of complex product experiences across the full lifecycle, from discovery and research through delivery and iteration.
• Translate ambiguous ideas into structured workflows, interaction models, and detailed interface specifications.
• Guide cross-functional teams toward user-centered solutions that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Clearly articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and executive leadership.

• Explore and apply AI/LLM capabilities to enhance product experiences within marketing technology.
• Leverage Figma Make and AI-powered design workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production.
• Design intelligent, adaptive interfaces that thoughtfully incorporate automation, predictive insights, and generative capabilities.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to shape user-facing experiences that responsibly leverage machine learning.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies to improve both the user experience and the design practice.

• Conduct and guide research efforts including user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
