Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 9 months
CTG is seeking a Senior IAM / PAM Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) discovery and expansion engagement. This role focuses on governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution, prioritizing executive communication and program orchestration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead PAM discovery, roadmap planning, and operational governance initiatives.
- Manage enterprise‑level IAM/PAM programs across multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigations to executives.
- Oversee consulting engagements (T&M or fixed scope), ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- 10+ years in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM program/project management.
- Proven experience delivering IAM or PAM initiatives (Cyber Ark experience preferred).
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
- Exposure to PAM platforms such as Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, or Delinea.
- Experience in discovery‑led or roadmap‑driven cybersecurity projects.
- Familiarity with privileged access lifecycle, onboarding waves, and operational governance.
PMP or other project management certifications; experience in large enterprises or regulated environments.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
