Location: SFO, CA, Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Chandler, AZ
Jobtype: Contract/Full Time
MISSIONSupport the successful upgrade, configuration, and optimization of the Bravura Password Manager platform, including MFA integration with Microsoft Entra , authentication workflow updates, and backend system validation to ensure secure and stable operations.
DAY TO DAY- Support upgrade activities from Bravura v12.3 → v12.9 (testing, validation, troubleshooting)
- Configure and support MFA integration using Microsoft Entra (or Ping MFA)
- Modify and validate authentication workflows (including “user off-chain” logic and authentication chains)
- Perform functionality and regression testing across environments
- Review and interpret backend SQL scripts to validate logic and troubleshoot issues
- Support related data center / infrastructure activities tied to the platform
- Partner closely with lead engineers and security stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience administering or configuring Bravura Password Manager (v11+) (Strong PAM experience may be considered if Bravura‑specific experience is limited)
- Experience configuring MFA integrations (Microsoft Entra preferred; Ping acceptable)
- Experience supporting authentication workflows and policy configuration
- Background in Password Management / Privileged Access Management (PAM) as a system administrator (not just an end user)
- Ability to read and interpret SQL queries/scripts (SQL backend familiarity required)
- Python scripting experience
- Experience with enterprise password vault upgrades
- Data center / infrastructure exposure
