Job Description:

• We are seeking Product Support Specialists with strong expertise in C++ along with proficiency in Java script (Angular). You will support a data annotation tool, assisting users in resolving technical issues, understanding the product, and debugging code. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll interact directly with users, often troubleshooting their code in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for a data annotation tool.
• Understand user issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions.
• Read, debug, and triage user-submitted code (C++ + Java script).
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Deliver clear and effective communication to users in English.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with Java script (Angular framework).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills to understand, explain, and solve technical problems.
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment.

Preferred:
