Oracle Integration & Reporting Developer

Location:
Dallas, TX | Seattle, WA
Base pay range: $65.00/yr - $70.00/yr
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for real‑time and batch data flows.
- Build integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud (SCM, Financials) and various telecom systems (OSS/BSS, network inventory, logistics, external vendors).
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, and manage FTP/SFTP and event‑based integrations.
- Implement error handling, logging, reprocessing, and canonical data models for robust integration solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize BI Publisher (BIP) reports, including operational, transactional, and business documents (invoices, POs, ASN, shipping docs).
- Create and optimize SQL queries against Oracle Fusion tables; support report bursting, scheduling, distribution, and troubleshoot report issues.
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT): plan, execute, resolve defects, validate end‑to‑end data flows, and collaborate with functional teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): assist business users, analyze and resolve failures, fix defects, explain technical solutions to stakeholders, and ensure sign‑off.
- Support deployment and production: assist in migration, configuration, validation, smoke testing, and provide post‑go‑live monitoring and hyper‑care.
- Identify and remediate performance or stability issues in integrations and reports.
- Work with cross‑functional teams including SCM, Finance, telecom SMEs, and infrastructure teams; adhere to enterprise standards for security, error handling, and monitoring.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentor junior developers.
- 7+ years hands‑on experience in Oracle middleware/reporting, with proven skills in OSB, OIC, BIP, and SQL.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry, especially in high‑volume and near‑real‑time integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and support experience for SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and experience in large, multi‑vendor SI environments.
