Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer/Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions tailored to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and drive process improvements within IT service management, automation, and other enterprise-level processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Service Now platform.
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of Service Now modules and functionalities (CMBD, GRC, Domain Separation, Integrations, Flows, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Integrate Service Now with third-party applications and systems.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Service Now development and solution architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now applications.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security in Service Now solutions.
- Proven experience as a Service Now Developer and/or Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, modules, and configuration.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Service Now certification (Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or similar) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
