We're seeking a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Specialist to lead configuration, optimization, and support of Workday's Time Tracking and Absence modules. This role requires a certified Workday professional who can translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and serve as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation and optimization of Workday Time Tracking and Absence

• Configure business processes including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, work schedules, time entry, calculations, approvals, and security roles

• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations

• Develop and maintain functional documentation

• Partner with integration teams to support testing, validation, and issue resolution

• Execute system testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure high-quality delivery

• Serve as SME, provide guidance to stakeholders, and deliver status updates to PMO

• Recommend enhancements leveraging new Workday features and best practices

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking & Absence

• Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and data model

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Strong stakeholder communication and project management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
