We are looking for a skilled Service Now ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
SummaryThis role is ideal for a Service Now professional with ITSM expertise who can deliver scalable solutions, automate processes, and support enterprise IT operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities Development & Configuration- Design, develop, and configure Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management)
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and forms
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows
- 5+ years of experience in Service Now development
- Strong experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
