Responsibilities
- Maintain data center operations to ensure availability and reliability of service levels
- Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs
- Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures
- Training of internal teams
- Development of documentation
- Provide technical support to data center teams
- Development of scripts to update server and networking hardware
- Maintain inventory
- Assemble and install equipment
- Perform maintenance of test and tools equipment
- Occasional travel to other data centers as needed
- Data center, rack and stack
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting
- Cable cabling
- Cisco IOS, Juniper, Junos
- Python, Bash scripting
Skills & Qualifications
- Computer Hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling)
- Linux Operating System experience
- All physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and/or work in elevated locations
- Work in an environment that operates 24/7, including on‑call rotation and after‑hours support
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and react quickly to issues
