Data Analyst
Responsibilities
- Implement, improve, support, and lead the processes, strategies, communications, and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis and prepare and review business cases.
- Coordinate technology programs and maintain project/product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning activities to support long-term growth.
- Create clear and effective communications tailored for technical audiences and leadership.
- Define, design, and deploy efficient and scalable processes for intake, evaluation, prioritization, and product team capacity planning within the Advanced Field organization.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Implement Agile methodologies and deploy relevant tools to support agile practices.
- Manage project intake and front door processes specifically for the Advanced Field Operations (AFO) organization.
- Oversee capacity planning to ensure AFO projects are prioritized and resourced effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project governance and delivery excellence within AFO.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies, standards, and processes.
- Manage audit and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Conduct process and quality audits to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts to safeguard operations.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, scorecards, and detailed analyses to monitor organizational health.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable solutions to enhance outcomes.
- Apply knowledge in process design, compliance management, intake and capacity planning, and strategic planning.
- Apply knowledge in metrics development and performance reporting.
- Perform deep data analysis using analytics tools including Power
BI and Palantir Foundry. - Produce process designs using BPM tools including Viosio and Mural.
- Utilize PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Oversee two Software Engineer – ITRAC.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering and 7 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 7 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in a related occupation applying knowledge in process design, compliance management, intake and capacity planning, and strategic planning.
- Experience applying knowledge in metrics development and performance reporting.
- Experience performing deep data analysis using analytics tools including Power
BI and Palantir Foundry. - Experience producing process designs using BPM tools including Viosio and Mural.
- Experience utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Our Principal Tech Business Management earn between $140,000 - $196,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
