Position Summary
The Technology Delivery Manager – IT Operations is responsible for leading the successful delivery of IT operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving continuous improvement across infrastructure, platforms, and services. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing delivery timelines, resources, and risks while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Additionally, the role supports the advancement of AI‑driven initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business value.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Lead program delivery for IT operations initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across infrastructure, cloud, network, and service management.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and status reports.
- Collaborate with business units, IT leadership, and vendors to define requirements and align with strategic objectives.
- Communicate delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance across IT operations.
- Review and report on IT Operations KPIs and metrics, including monthly outage, change, and consumption reports.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL practices and governance standards.
- Mentor and guide delivery leads and project managers within the IT operations domain.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery.
- 3+ years in a delivery or program management role within a technology organization.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and Dev Ops methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with IT Operations functions such as enterprise monitoring, incident management, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; solid decision‑making abilities with sound judgment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships across the organization.
- Influencing and negotiation skills with a consultative and collaborative work style.
- High learning agility and ability to learn new systems and platforms.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong project management capability.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements
On‑site work at the assigned office location with regular attendance. Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends may be required. The position is sedentary and involves prolonged computer use and phone communication.
