Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite (Dallas, TX or Jacksonville, FL preferred)
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Architect to support and enhance an enterprise Oracle HCM environment. This individual will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable HCM solutions with a primary focus on Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Fusion HCM integrations

This position requires a strong techno‑functional background with the ability to partner with business stakeholders, translate requirements into solutions, and drive design and configuration efforts across the HCM ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a combination of architecture mindset, hands‑on Fusion experience, and strong integration knowledge.
Responsibilities- Lead solution design and configuration efforts within Oracle Fusion HCM, with emphasis on Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Partner with HR, recruiting, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Support architecture and design decisions across HCM integrations and enterprise workflows
- Collaborate with technical teams to build and support integrations between Fusion HCM and third‑party systems
- Evaluate enhancement requests and provide recommendations aligned with best practices and long‑term scalability
- Support implementation activities, configuration changes, testing, and deployment efforts
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HCM issues while driving continuous process improvements
- Provide guidance around HCM solution strategy and future‑state architecture
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Experience designing and supporting Fusion HCM integrations
- Strong understanding of HCM architecture and solution design principles
- Experience with tools and technologies such as:
- HDL / HSDL
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher / OTBI
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Strong techno‑functional capabilities with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, and post‑production environments
- Experience with Oracle Compensation module
- Exposure to UKG integrations or workforce management environments
- Experience leading enterprise HCM transformation initiatives
