Work Location & Reporting Address: Dallas, TX 75287 Hybrid (2-3 days in office in a week)
Contract duration: min. 6 months to 1 year with a possibility of extension based on candidates' performance

Security Policy Management

• Configure and maintain:
oURL filtering policies
oApplication access policies
oSecurity rules (malware, phishing, ransomware protection)

• Implement Zero Trust policies (least privilege access)

• Create policies based on:
oUsers (AD groups, roles)
oLocations
oApplications

ZIA (Internet Access) Administration

• Manage secure web gateway (SWG) functions:
oWeb filtering (block/allow categories)
oSSL inspection (decrypt traffic for security checks)

• Configure:
oFirewall policies
oDNS security
oBandwidth control / QoS

• Ensure safe internet access for users

ZPA (Private Access) Administration

• Provide secure access to internal applications without VPN

• Configure:
oApp connectors (in data center/cloud)
oApplication segmentation (who can access what)

• Manage:
oUser authentication flow
oIdentity-based access policies

Identity & Access Integration

• Integrate Zscaler with:
oActive Directory / LDAP
oAzure AD / Okta / SAML

• Enable:
oSingle Sign-On (SSO)
oMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Map users/groups to policies

Endpoint & Device Management

• Deploy and manage:
oZscaler Client Connector (ZCC)

• Ensure:
oDevice posture validation
oSecure access from remote users (WFH, mobile)

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor:
oUser activity logs
oSecurity alerts
oTraffic patterns

• Analyze logs for:
oThreat detection
oPolicy violations

• Generate reports for:

Incident Management

• Investigate:
oMalware alerts
oSuspicious traffic
oUnauthorized access attempts

• Coordinate with:

• Perform:

Troubleshooting & Support

• Resolve issues related to:
oUser authentication failures

• Diagnose:

Network & Cloud Integration

• Configure traffic forwarding using:
oPAC files
oGRE / IPSec tunnels

• Integrate with:
oSD-WAN solutions
oCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Ensure optimized routing and performance

Maintenance & Optimization

• Regularly:
oReview and optimize policies
oUpdate configurations

• Tune system for:

• Design SASE / Zero Trust architecture

• Implement:
oCASB (Cloud Access Security Broker)
