We’re looking for a hands‑on Paid Social Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and day‑to‑day management of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of consumer brands.
Must have agency or in‑house experience and currently reside in DFW to be considered
This role will focus heavily on campaign setup, creative trafficking, audience management, testing, reporting, and ongoing optimizations across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
The Paid Social Specialist will work closely with the broader performance marketing team to help drive growth, improve efficiency, and support the continued expansion of an in‑house paid media function.
Key Responsibilities- Support execution, optimization, and scaling of paid social campaigns across multiple consumer brands on Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Build and maintain full‑funnel campaign structures including prospecting, retargeting, and platform automation initiatives
- Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations including pacing, QA, budget adjustments, bid optimizations, audience updates, creative swaps, and troubleshooting
- Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, anomalies, and scaling opportunities
- Maintain strong campaign organization and documentation practices including naming conventions, testing logs, and reporting consistency
- Assist with budget pacing and performance optimization tied to efficiency and return goals
- Execute paid social creative testing initiatives including audience tests, messaging variations, and asset rotation
- Partner closely with creative and content teams to launch and optimize high‑performing assets
- Pull and summarize creative insights around messaging, hooks, offers, formats, and user‑generated content styles
- Maintain testing trackers and document learnings, recommendations, and next steps
- Ensure creative adheres to platform best practices and placement specifications
- Implement audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting, customer lists, lookalikes, interest targeting, and platform expansion tools
- Monitor placement, device, geographic, and format‑level performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Support campaign alignment with promotions, product launches, merchandising priorities, and broader media initiatives
- Assist with launch readiness including tracking validation, URL accuracy, UTMs, and creative approvals
- Monitor campaign performance using platform reporting tools and analytics platforms such as GA4
- Maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards and performance summaries
- Support attribution analysis across platform reporting and broader analytics sources
- Help ensure reporting consistency and measurement hygiene across campaigns and channels
- Identify and elevate tracking or data quality issues as needed
- Partner with marketing, creative, eCommerce, and analytics stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
- Contribute to process improvements, QA workflows, templates, and scalable operational systems
- Support campaign planning, reporting, and ongoing optimization initiatives within the paid media team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–3 years of experience supporting or managing paid social campaigns
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager required;
Tik Tok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads experience preferred - Understanding of key paid social KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics
- Experience supporting campaigns across multiple placements and creative formats
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with interest in performance marketing and creative testing
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
