Akkodis is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for driving Copilot adoption, delivering training, and leading enterprise-wide change enablement initiatives.
Rate Range: $56/hour to $64/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Job Responsibilities include:
- Define and execute change management and adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot across the enterprise.
- Design and deliver persona-based training programs, webinars, and enablement sessions to drive user adoption.
- Conduct change impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address resistance.
- Develop and manage communication plans, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Provide post-training support through office hours, drop-in sessions, and hands-on user guidance.
- Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve change management and enablement efforts.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Digital Workplace Adoption, or Technology Enablement.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, including hands-on experience with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint enablement.
- Proven ability to design and execute change strategies, training programs, and communication plans to drive enterprise-wide adoption and engagement.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $64.00 per hour
