We are seeking experienced Principal-level Consultants who combine deep delivery expertise with a strong ability to drive business growth. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology, consulting, and client relationship management.
As a Principal Consultant, you will lead delivery teams, build trusted client partnerships, and help shape strategic account expansion. You'll act as both a delivery leader and a growth driver-someone who can "own the room" with client executives while rolling up your sleeves to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology and consulting engagements from strategy through delivery.
- Partner closely with account leaders to identify new opportunities and drive account growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
- Mentor delivery teams and guide consultants in developing client, business, and leadership skills.
- Act as a trusted advisor in areas such as Digital Transformation, Financial Services, Data, or Energy.
- Contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives within your domain expertise.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting and technology delivery.
- Proven experience leading delivery and managing client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong business development acumen-comfortable engaging in pre-sales, proposals, and client pitches.
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following:
Financial Services, Data Engineering, App Development, or Energy. - Background with top consulting or tech firms (e.g., Capco, Slalom, MRE, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
- A leadership role with growth and equity potential.
- Opportunities to shape key client accounts and influence strategic decisions.
