We’re seeking experienced Administrators to join our Code Management team. The right candidate s for this role will be able to execute strategic projects, optimize CI/CD workflows, and drive infrastructure modernization. They will play a critical part in maturing our automation ecosystem (Git Lab, Ansible Automation Platform and Terraform Enterprise) as we move from previously used toolsets ensuring robust, scalable, and secure pipelines.
Responsibilities- Execute strategic projects to optimize CI/CD workflows and drive infrastructure modernization.
- Mature and automate the automation ecosystem (Git Lab, Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform Enterprise).
- Design, implement, and optimize complex Git Lab CI/CD pipelines using YAML best practices.
- Configure and manage Git Lab Runners, Groups, Projects, and Permissions at scale.
- Harden Git Lab for enterprise usage (SAML/SSO, LDAP, RBAC, backup/restore).
- Leverage Terraform, Ansible, or similar to provision and manage self-hosted Git Lab and runners.
- Implement Git Ops practices to manage infrastructure and environment configurations.
- Automate operational tasks and incident remediation via pipelines and scripts.
- Partner with application teams to onboard them onto Git Lab workflows and best practices.
- Develop and maintain runbooks, wiki pages, and pipeline templates.
- Integrate monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK) for Git Lab health and pipeline performance.
- Implement policies and guardrails to ensure code quality, compliance, and security posture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD or migration-related incidents in a timely manner.
- Available for 24/7 on-call support.
- 8+ years of Administration experience in multiple complex applications and tools.
- Software Configuration Management expertise.
- Experience administering Git Lab, Artifactory, Xray, & Sonar Qube.
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Understanding and working knowledge of containerization on Kubernetes/Open Shift.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of cross-team collaboration.
- Working knowledge of different Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies.
- Experience configuring and managing Git Lab Runners, Groups, Projects, and Permissions at scale.

- Experience with SCM practices including Agile, CI, and CD.
