  • Lead adoption of AI capabilities within enterprise workflows, including intelligent automation and LLM‑enabled features, focusing on operational impact and reliability.
  • Partner with Trinity’s AI governance structures to ensure AI capabilities align to risk appetite, compliance requirements, and business goals.
  • Champion security‑by‑design across enterprise platforms in partnership with cyber‑security.
  • Own vendor accountability across partners, integrators, and platform vendors, ensuring performance, delivery quality, and cost discipline.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of enterprise systems leadership, including Director/VP‑level experience with multi‑domain accountability.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with AI adoption and AI‑enabled features within enterprise systems (LLMs, automation, AI APIs); experience governing AI within a regulated environment is a plus.
  • Strong background in SOX, IT controls, and enterprise governance.
  • Broad technical proficiency across ERP, CRM, HCM, integrations, BI, and cloud platforms.

  • Track record of delivering large, multi‑platform programs with executive accountability.
  • Deep SOX and audit controls expertise, including access governance and evidence quality.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable enterprise solutions aligned to strategy and resilience.
  • Strong foundation in IT security, compliance, and risk management.
Leadership Attributes
  • Executive presence with strong stakeholder influence across business and technology functions.
  • Genuine interest in AI and how it can improve enterprise operations, paired with sound judgment on risk and governance.
