SOX​/SOC Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong background in SOX/SOC compliance and cloud migration to lead a high-impact enterprise initiative involving data center migration to Azure.

This role will work closely with technical teams, application owners, architects, and stakeholders to ensure all applications are migrated in compliance with SOX/SOC standards.

The position requires attending key meetings for each application rollout and reporting progress to senior executives and stakeholders.

• Lead compliance efforts for a large-scale cloud migration project, ensuring adherence to SOX/SOC standards.
• Collaborate with application owners, architects, and technical teams to validate compliance during migration.
• Review work papers and documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Attend scheduled meetings for each application rollout and provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks throughout the migration process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership on progress and compliance status.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SOX/SOC compliance.
• Strong understanding of SOX/SOC compliance frameworks and their application in IT projects.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with cloud migration projects, preferably Azure.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills.
• Experience working in large, enterprise-level organizations.

• Background in SOX/SOC compliance testing.
• Experience with data center migrations to Azure.
• Knowledge of cloud security and governance frameworks.
• Prior experience in IT compliance or working closely with compliance teams.
