** You will manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks while actively serving as a Scrum Master for one of more agile teams. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about both structured delivery and agile excellence.
** Duties and Responsibilities
*** Lead end-to-end project delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation
* Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues with proactive mitigation strategies
* Track and report on project status, KPIs, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior leadership
* Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for agile development teams
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
* Coach teams on agile principles, Scrum/Kanban practices, and continuous improvement
* Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions to maintain velocity and focus
* Promote agile maturity by introducing metrics (e.g. burndown charts, velocity, cycle time) and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability
* Support Product Owners with backlog management, user story writing, and prioritization techniques
* Drive adoption of agile methodologies across projects and teams
* Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication at all levels
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency initiatives
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product owners, developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders
* Ensure projects align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and quality standards
* It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
