Senior Manager, Advertising Strategy & Intelligence (AI Technologies)

We are partnered with a global technology company investing heavily in AI, data, and marketing intelligence as it modernizes its advertising organization. Advertising capabilities that were previously managed externally are being brought in-house, creating an opportunity to help shape how AI is applied across marketing strategy, measurement, personalization, and customer acquisition.

Sitting on a highly visible marketing leadership team, this role will drive AI adoption across advertising initiatives while partnering closely with leaders across marketing, analytics, and technology. The ideal candidate brings a blend of advertising strategy, analytics, marketing technology, and AI expertise, with the ability to turn emerging technologies into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute an AI transformation roadmap across marketing and advertising functions
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for campaign optimization, personalization, audience targeting, and workflow automation
  • Build frameworks that scale AI initiatives from pilot programs to enterprise-wide adoption
  • Lead experimentation efforts across attribution, audience development, testing, and performance optimization
  • Develop advanced advertising intelligence capabilities by integrating audience signals, campaign performance, and business outcomes
  • Modernize measurement and attribution capabilities beyond traditional last-click methodologies
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and agency stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence cross-functional teams and help shape future marketing technology investments
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or related fields
  • Experience operating within large enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of advertising performance measurement and attribution
  • Proven ability to leverage data and technology to drive business decisions
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Technical Experience
  • Data analysis and performance measurement
Preferred Experience
  • AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agentic workflow exposure
  • Agency experience within analytics, AI, or marketing technology teams
  • Attribution modeling and marketing measurement expertise
