Senior Manager, Advertising Strategy & Intelligence (AI Technologies)
We are partnered with a global technology company investing heavily in AI, data, and marketing intelligence as it modernizes its advertising organization. Advertising capabilities that were previously managed externally are being brought in-house, creating an opportunity to help shape how AI is applied across marketing strategy, measurement, personalization, and customer acquisition.
Sitting on a highly visible marketing leadership team, this role will drive AI adoption across advertising initiatives while partnering closely with leaders across marketing, analytics, and technology. The ideal candidate brings a blend of advertising strategy, analytics, marketing technology, and AI expertise, with the ability to turn emerging technologies into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities- Define and execute an AI transformation roadmap across marketing and advertising functions
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for campaign optimization, personalization, audience targeting, and workflow automation
- Build frameworks that scale AI initiatives from pilot programs to enterprise-wide adoption
- Lead experimentation efforts across attribution, audience development, testing, and performance optimization
- Develop advanced advertising intelligence capabilities by integrating audience signals, campaign performance, and business outcomes
- Modernize measurement and attribution capabilities beyond traditional last-click methodologies
- Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and agency stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence cross-functional teams and help shape future marketing technology investments
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or related fields
- Experience operating within large enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of advertising performance measurement and attribution
- Proven ability to leverage data and technology to drive business decisions
- Experience influencing stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Data analysis and performance measurement
- AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agentic workflow exposure
- Agency experience within analytics, AI, or marketing technology teams
- Attribution modeling and marketing measurement expertise
