Plat4mation Americas is growing, and we are looking for a senior Service Now leader who can architect complex solutions, guide delivery teams, and turn platform strategy into measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a highly experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, consulting, and client leadership.

What You Will Do

As a Principal Technical Platform Consultant, you will lead high-value Service Now engagements for enterprise clients across industries including financial services, energy, telecommunications, and high-tech. You will work alongside a strong team of platform specialists to design, implement, and optimize solutions that modernize operations and accelerate business performance.

At Plat4mation, you will work as a Principal Technical Platform Consultant within a team of enthusiastic PaaS specialists. You will engage in high-impact and challenging projects with large national and international organizations across the financial, energy, telecom, and high-tech industries.

You will play a critical role in solution delivery from strategy through execution. This includes translating business requirements into scalable technical designs, leading delivery teams, advising clients on best practices, and contributing to presales efforts that shape new opportunities. You will be expected to bring technical depth, consulting credibility, and the leadership needed to drive successful outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to connect platform capabilities to client priorities. You will be trusted to design solutions that align to Service Now and Plat4mation best practices while helping customers realize long-term value from their platform investments.

Your responsibilities will span technical leadership, architecture, delivery excellence, and client engagement, including the following:

  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and upgradeability.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions that align with platform standards, delivery quality expectations, and client objectives.
  • Guide technical teams across engagements, mentor consultants, and raise delivery capability through strong technical leadership and coaching.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define solution direction, resolve complex challenges, and drive successful implementation outcomes.
  • Support presales activities including RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, solution architecture, effort estimation, and client-facing technical presentations.
  • Apply emerging Service Now AI, Generative AI, and Workflow Studio Designer capabilities to create practical, business-focused solutions for customers.
What We Ask
  • 7+ years of hands‑on Service Now experience, including leading complex enterprise implementations and technical work streams.
  • Deep expertise across core Service Now capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, Agent Workspace, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, and Decision Builder.
  • Strong experience applying AI and Generative AI capabilities on the Service Now platform, including Workflow Studio Designer.
  • Proven success leading technical teams, mentoring consultants, and driving quality across delivery engagements.
  • Demonstrated presales experience, including solution scoping, architecture definition, effort estimation, and client presentations for RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes.
  • Strong understanding of Service Now implementation best practices and the ability to serve as both a solution leader and trusted advisor.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent practical knowledge.
  • Current active Service Now certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Service Now Certified Data Foundations.
  • 10 to 12 years of Service Now configuration and development experience across complex, enterprise-grade solutions, including integrations.
  • 10+ years of proven consultative and/or engagement leadership experience.
