Delivery Consultant - AI​/ML, Professional Services - AWS Industries

Overview

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a Delivery Consultant to help customers design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. The role drives customer success throughout the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices across the project lifecycle.

• Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and train internal teams, creating reusable artifacts.

• Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 2+ years of hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions (e.g., training, fine‑tuning, inference).

• Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, Sage Maker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2.
• Experience scripting for automation (Python, Perl, Ruby).
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex technical information clearly.
• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or PhD.
• AWS Professional level certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, Dev Ops Engineer Professional).
• Hands‑on experience with deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer), machine learning, CV, GNN, or distributed training.
