SAP Data Migration Deployment Manager

Client is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Deployment Manager to lead a global SAP S/4 HANA transformation project. The candidate will play a critical role in managing the execution of the data workstream under an innovative Factory Model Concept, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP Data Migration efforts across a multiyear, global rollout.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, governance, risk and change management.
• Collaborate across IT and business functions to ensure smooth SAP data migration execution.
• Drive the development and execution of detailed project plans including activity sequencing and timeline estimation.
• Oversee resource planning and adherence to quality standards and internal processes.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage and escalate risks and issues as appropriate.
• Maintain project scope, monitor change controls, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among global and offshore teams.
• Ensure adherence to NTT and client policies, standards, and methodologies.

• 10+ years of SAP experience (ECC and S/4 HANA), including 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• At least 1-2 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration project delivery experiences.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation and data migration projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools (e.g., BODS, Syniti, Information Steward, LTMC, LSMW).
• Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong understanding of project management best practices and tools (Agile, Jira, etc.).
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Familiarity with SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions.
• Experience with AGILE SAFe methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (Sol Man).
• Prior experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

AGILE/SAFe certification preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
