Sr. Associate, Corporate Strategy

** The Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy plays a central role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of Leeward Renewable Energy. Sitting within the Commercial organization, this position partners closely with senior leadership and business unit leaders on market intelligence, growth strategy and management, process and technology optimization, and strategic initiative definition, business cases, and implementation. This is a highly visibility role for a driven, intellectually curious professional who thrives at the intersection of clean energy, business strategy, and best-in-class execution.
** Responsibilities*
* ** Qualifications** - 4–6 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or market research.
1–3 years of direct renewable energy industry experience required; candidates with adjacent clean energy or infrastructure experience encouraged to apply.
** Education*
* ** Skills & Competencies
** Deep familiarity with North American renewable energy markets, policy landscape, and competitive dynamics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft executive-ready materials. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple work streams independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI requirements;
