. Must be local or willing to relocate.
Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.
Seeking a strong SAP Controlling (CO) expert with hands‑on experience in product costing, margin analysis, and cross‑module integration, preferably with S/4 HANA exposure. The role requires strong functional expertise, business understanding, and flexibility to travel.
Serve as a key Controlling lead, driving solution design and execution.
- Translate business requirements into SAP system specifications
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Lead and mentor both onshore and offshore teams
- Ensure delivery excellence by managing timelines and deliverables, solving complex business and technical problems, building alignment and fostering collaboration across project teams, contributing to continuous improvement, and staying updated on latest SAP trends and technologies
- Strong hands‑on expertise in:
Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis - Integration between CO and other SAP modules
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and SAP Financial modules
- Experience in S/4 HANA implementations (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Strong problem‑solving skills, communication and executive presence, time management and adaptability
- Proven consulting experience with a successful track record of delivery
- Ability to mentor teams and transfer knowledge, present multiple technology perspectives effectively
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
