Job Title: Senior Product Coordinator
Pay: $125,000 base salary with a $15,000 bonus
Location: Uptown Dallas, TX
SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Coordinator to lead and facilitate the change management process for key applications. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance software products, manage backlogs, and ensure smooth development cycles within an Agile Scrum environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in software products with direct development experience, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Coordinator or Product Owner, preferably with consumer‑facing SaaS products
- Direct experience with software development projects, including managing SDLC and Agile Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical and business needs
- Certification such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, or PMP is preferred
- Experience working with development teams in an Agile environment required
- Ability to provide examples of software projects involving problem‑solving, planning, and effective communication
- Lead the translation of software needs and facilitate the visualization of product features
- Manage product backlogs in Azure Dev Ops, adjusting priorities and timelines based on business requirements
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure user needs are understood and met
- Assist in breaking down work for sprints, developing project milestones, and ensuring on‑time delivery
- Develop and refine user stories, including acceptance criteria, in alignment with business goals
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
- Support the onboarding and training process for new team members, including virtual and in‑person sessions
- Contribute to product development planning and strategic discussions for platform enhancements
