Required Skills

Strong Project Management experience leading large-scale IT initiatives.
Hands-on experience managing Application Migration projects to AWS Cloud.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Experience gathering critical project requirements and extracting necessary information from clients and stakeholders in complex or ambiguous environments.
Strong risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple work streams simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end application migration projects to AWS Cloud.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and vendors.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Gather, analyze, and document project requirements from stakeholders.
Drive project execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Resolve project roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
