Lead Specialist, Oracle P2P lead

KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Oracle P2P Lead to join our Managed Services practice.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process support, including issue resolution, enhancement design, and best-practice process optimization across managed services or consulting engagements
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle P2P system solutions
• Support system configuration, testing cycles, and production deployment activities for Oracle P2P modules, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Provide functional expertise to clients by identifying opportunities for process improvements, system efficiencies, and operational excellence within the P2P lifecycle
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional designs, process flows, knowledge articles, and user training materials
• Contribute to continuous service improvements by monitoring performance, identifying recurring issues, and recommending enhancements aligned with firm standards
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment

• Minimum five years of recent experience working with Oracle P2P, including hands‑on configuration and support experience as a P2P Lead in managed services or consulting environments
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud or EBS P2P modules, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, supplier management, and related integrations
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot functional issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions in partnership with technical teams
• Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams, prioritize deadlines, and support client service excellence in fast‑paced environments
• Travel may be required, depending on client and business needs
