Position: AEP Technical Architect (Dallas, TX)

Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead enterprise level projects alongside our delivery team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth “hands on keyboard” technical experience and will be expected to drive strategic program choices. The Technical Architect will work with Business teams, Dev Ops, and Engineering teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional AEP solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities AEP Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead AEP data strategy and general connection to the AEP product roadmap.
  • Work as a core member of AEP Delivery Team and collaborate with AEP onshore, product management, marketing, and fellow technologists.
  • Evaluate new product features, conduct POCs and help evaluate how they can be used to drive use cases.
Platform Implementation & Integration
  • Implement Alloy.js and extend CJA to all portfolios.
  • Integrate AEP and its application solutions i.e. Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to drive the user cases.
  • Build solutions leveraging the AI capabilities of AEP using Data Science workspace, Attribution AI and Customer AI.
Software Development & Engineering
  • Participate in user story analysis, elaboration, and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation.
  • Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines.
  • Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems.
  • Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met.
Required Skills & Experience Adobe Experience Platform Expertise
  • Have proven examples of setting up AEP instances and activating use cases for enterprise level clients.
  • Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on keyboard experience with one or more key modules of CJA, AJO and Intelligence Services (Data Science, Customer AI, Attribution AI).
  • Experience implementing Alloy.js.
  • Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Knowledge of using XDM, Attribution AI, Customer AI, DMP & CJA.
  • 3+ years’ experience with building omni-channel personalization implementation.
  • Working experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Marketo Engage or Adobe Campaign.
Technical & Cloud Expertise
  • Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of platforms AWS/Salesforce CRM and Marketo.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Big Data/cloud platforms or Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • 5+ years’ experience with backend technologies including Python, Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for the cloud.
  • Experience with loading data in and out of CDP from Data Lake/Salesforce and marketing orchestration systems.
Preferred Qualifications / Education
  • Adobe Certified Expert RT-CDP Expert certification in AEP would be a huge plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
