Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
The Robotics Analyst documents business requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) related projects, assuring system specifications address the stated requirements and system testing occurs prior to project implementation. Working under general supervision, this job also participates in the development and testing of robotic solutions and aids in administrating artificial intelligence workforce systems.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesDocuments accurate detailed business requirements based on project objectives and researches requirements that may involve data analysis, process or development oriented efforts.
Assists in defining and documenting technical and systems requirements supporting business requirements.
Supports implementation and operational duties such as systems integration testing and communications.
Coordinates and performs user acceptance testing and quality control testing for modified and new systems.
Works with stakeholders and business integration to gather and create clear and organized requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions.
Supports database development team in an effort to update database attributes and implement end-to-end data solutions.
Required Skills:2 or more years of Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement experience, with a demonstrated track record of measurably improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business practices and operations.
2 or more years of experience communicating progress and outcomes to Stakeholders and Business Owners, including the ability to develop clear, data-driven presentations that convey facts, metrics, and results to partners in a compelling and accessible manner.
PreferredSkills:
Experience writing and documenting business requirements or User Stories in a structured and organized format.
Experience managing and optimizing workflows to support team productivity and project delivery.
Hands‑on experience using JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and workflow coordination.

Anticipated Posting End Date: Base Pay Range: $62,700/yr - $83,100/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
