- Lead UAT strategy, planning, execution, governance, and reporting across large-scale transformation programs
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and refine business requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing, defect resolution, and production deployment
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder discussions, walkthroughs, and validation sessions
- Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and proactively drive clarification of business and functional requirements
- Perform impact assessments for change requests and ensure appropriate testing coverage across impacted business processes
- Design and oversee execution of manual and automated testing efforts aligned with business outcomes
