* This position is ideally based out of Dallas, TX, but can be flexible to people in other markets within Texas.
* About the role:

The Business Analyst supports Facility Management operations by analyzing data, processes, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

* Analyze work order (WO) data, spend trends, and service performance

* Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for Facility Management delivery

* Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

* Support transition activities, including data validation and process mapping

* Collaborate with technology teams to optimize Facility Management systems (e.g., CAFM/CMMS platforms)

* Produce insights to support strategic planning and operational enhancements

What you bring:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience with Facility Management systems, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms

* Ability to translate data into actionable insights

* Experience supporting transition and transformation initiatives
