• 10+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors implementation, with a proven track record.
• Expertise in ONB, RCM, RMK, Learning, EC, Reporting, and RBP management.
• Certified in Performance & Goal Management, RCM, RMK, and Smart Recruiters.
• Strong skills in end-to-end configuration, data management, and cross-module integrations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in global teams.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex issues.
• Willingness to stay updated with SAP Success Factors certifications and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Lead and manage SAP Success Factors implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP Success Factors modules, including ONB, RCM, RMK, Learning, EC, and RBP.
• Ensure data integrity and workflow optimization across SAP Success Factors modules.
• Resolve complex production issues and provide timely support to clients.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Success Factors releases and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to proposal development and solution design for new business opportunities.
