Job Description
QA Analyst

" Lead the QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
" Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
" Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
" Automation Testing
" Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools.
" Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
" Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
" Offshore Coordination
" Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams.
" Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams.
" Ensure timely communication of requirements, priorities, and feedback.
" Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
" Documentation & Reporting
" Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
" Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders.
" Track and report key QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, automation progress).
" 6+ years of experience in QA,
" Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java/Python.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
" Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams
