About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling technology partner in the enterprise IT service management (ITSM) and digital workflow automation space. Our team designs, builds, and deploys scalable, secure, and intelligent digital workflows — from IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to Customer Service Management (CSM) and GRC — across Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy Service Now applications using Scripted REST APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the Service Now platform — including UI Policies, UI Actions, Catalog Items, and Workflow automations.
  • Integrate Service Now with external systems (Azure AD, Okta, Slack, Jira, Teams, etc.) using Middleware or native integration tools like Integration Hub or REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimize system performance by tuning configurations, implementing security controls, and managing system upgrades or patches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, and deliver user training for newly deployed modules.
  • Support Agile/Scrum delivery cycles — participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, QA testing, and production deployments.
