Job Description

As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our SAP IBP Demand Planning processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving enhancements, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, and improving overall supply chain efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and make a significant impact on our organization's planning and delivery strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of SAP IBP professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Implement and drive enhancements to SAP IBP Demand Planning processes, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align demand planning with business objectives and strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret demand data, identifying trends and patterns to optimize forecasting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate demand forecasts, considering various factors such as seasonality, promotions, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units and supply chain partners.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain planning technologies, implementing best practices.
  • Document and communicate demand planning processes, ensuring a clear understanding across the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with demand planning, implementing contingency plans as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning, with a strong focus on enhancements and improvements.
  • In‑depth knowledge of SAP IBP (DP & IO) modules and their integration with other SAP solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing successful SAP IBP projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, including SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
