Service Now ITSM Developer
Location(Cincinnati, OH / Dallas, TX / San Francisco, CA)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Service Now ITSM Developer with strong expertise in integrations to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with ITSM modules and complex third‑party integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
- Work with Service Now APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing integrations and platform performance.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Service Now ITSM development.
- Deep expertise in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, web services).
- Experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Server.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- Good understanding of CMDB and Service Now architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Service Now CSA / CAD certification.
- Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
