Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP MRO Consultant to support sustainment and operational activities within an SAP S/4

HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes and be capable of supporting business users, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing SAP solutions. Responsibilities:
* Provide functional support for SAP S/4

HANA MRO processes and applications.
* Analyze and resolve production support issues related to maintenance and repair operations.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
* Support configuration, testing, and deployment of MRO-related changes.
* Assist with integration activities across SAP modules and business processes.
* Develop functional documentation and provide end-user support as needed.
* Participate in ongoing sustainment and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements:
* Strong experience supporting SAP S/4

HANA environments.
* Hands-on knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) business processes.
* Experience providing SAP production support and sustainment services.
* Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience.
* Energy, Resources & Industrial (ER&I) industry experience.
* Experience with iMRO processes and solutions.
* Prior experience supporting large-scale SAP sustainment programs.
