SAP IBP Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Consultant to join a large-scale APO to IBP transformation program
. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementations, particularly in Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, Allocations, Sales Order Confirmation, Order Management, and Response & Supply Planning. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to support the phased migration from SAP APO to SAP IBP, ensuring successful design, configuration, testing, and deployment of planning solutions.

• Participate in the end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP IBP solutions.
• Support the ongoing APO to IBP migration program through phased implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP IBP modules including:
  • Demand Planning
  • Demand Sensing
  • Allocations
  • Sales Order (SO) Confirmation
  • Order Management
  • Response & Supply Planning
• Collaborate with business users, supply chain teams, and technical teams to deliver planning solutions.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, system testing, and user training.
• Support integration between SAP IBP and SAP ERP/S4
  
  HANA systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards.

• 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience.
• Strong experience in APO to IBP transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in:
  • IBP Demand Planning
  • Demand Sensing
  • Allocations
  • Sales Order Confirmation
  • Order Management
  • Response & Supply Planning
• Experience working in phased implementation and rollout environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and integration points.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the customer location in Dallas, TX.

• SAP IBP Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA integration.
• Multiple full-cycle SAP IBP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail industries.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI-DS, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and advanced planning concepts.
