We are seeking an experienced Application Lead – Workday Extend to support the design, development, and implementation of innovative Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday Extend and Workday Studio, along with a strong understanding of Workday integrations and enterprise application development.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday Extend applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable Workday Studio integrations and solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday-based solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and organizational governance policies.

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional work experience.
• At least 2+ years of expert-level experience with Workday Extend.
• At least 2+ years of expert-level experience with Workday Studio.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Workday Core Integration.
• Experience leading Workday implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and integration framework.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at least three days per week at the assigned client location.
• Candidates are required to take five (5) days of Time Away per calendar quarter in accordance with client policies.
