Systems & AI Manager

Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 base

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, operations-focused organization in Dallas (75201) to identify an AI & Systems Manager. This role will play a key part in driving business transformation by leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.

• Implement and manage AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Evaluate existing workflows and introduce automation and process improvements
• Manage system integrations across Microsoft 365 and other business platforms
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials to support system adoption
• Train and support internal teams on AI tools, systems, and best practices
• Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives and provide recommendations to leadership
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement efforts

• 3–6 years of experience in systems, operations, or technology-focused roles
• Hands‑on experience implementing AI tools or automation solutions in a business environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate preferred)
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other business systems
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
