Essential Functions- Provide technical support for end‑user systems, hardware, and applications through on‑site and remote administration tools (PDQ, Team Viewer).
- Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (password resets, MFA, access).
- Support Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and other business applications.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, wireless access, printers, and VoIP systems.
- Maintain endpoint security, patching, antivirus, and compliance standards.
- Track, document, and manage work through the IT ticketing system.
- Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment and assets.
- Procure and manage IT equipment and inventory.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and security requirements.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Provide professional communication and excellent customer service to all users.
- Effectively and clearly communicate (speak, write, read) in English.
- Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, WiFi). Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint tools preferred.

- Attend work every day as scheduled.
- Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.

- Maintain customer‑oriented work habits.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Routine walking, bending, stooping, squatting and sitting. Sit at a desk and/or computer for extended intervals. Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
Working ConditionsWork is performed in an office environment. Will be required to move computer setups as needed.
Equipment UsedComputers operating with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. 10 Key calculator, fax machine, copier, printers and multi‑line telephone systems.
